Das von Italienern in den 1930er Jahren erbaute Hotel an bester Lage strahlte mit seinem eindrucksvolle Esssaal im Erdgeschoss einen f\u00fcr Albanien ungewohnten Luxus aus. Die oberen Stockwerke erinnerten hingegen schon mehr an Bauhaus-Architektur. Das in die Jahre gekommene Hotel sollte verkauft werden \u2013 aber bis jetzt hat es niemand renoviert.
