Seitens der Demonstranten wurden jetzt klare gemeinsame Forderungen formuliert.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Die Proteste vereinen fast alle, die wegen irgendetwas unzufrieden sind. Sie fordern den R\u00fccktritt der Regierung und auch Gef\u00e4ngnis f\u00fcr die Oppositionsf\u00fchrer \u2013 aber mangels Leaderfiguren war bisher unklar, was nach einem R\u00fccktritt Ramas kommen sollte. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jetzt wurden aber Forderungen ausgearbeitet, die einen Weg in die politische Zukunft Albaniens aufzeigen k\u00f6nnen. Juni\" class=\"wp-image-16847\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.albanien.ch\/bb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/flamingo-protest-shqiperia-e-re-1024x526.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.albanien.ch\/bb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/flamingo-protest-shqiperia-e-re-300x154.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.albanien.ch\/bb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/flamingo-protest-shqiperia-e-re-768x395.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.albanien.ch\/bb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/flamingo-protest-shqiperia-e-re-600x308.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.albanien.ch\/bb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/flamingo-protest-shqiperia-e-re-1536x790.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.albanien.ch\/bb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/flamingo-protest-shqiperia-e-re-1320x678.jpg 1320w, https:\/\/www.albanien.ch\/bb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/flamingo-protest-shqiperia-e-re.jpg 2000w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Neue technische \u00dcbergangsregierung<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Am R\u00fccktritt der Regierung halten die Demonstranten mit zwei Forderungen fest:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Der unverhandelbare <strong>R\u00fccktritt<\/strong> des Ministerpr\u00e4sidenten und der Regierung.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Einsetzung einer <strong>parteiunabh\u00e4ngigen technischen \u00dcbergangsregierung<\/strong> f\u00fcr 12&nbsp;Monate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Verfassungs\u00e4nderungen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit mehreren \u00c4nderungen der Verfassung soll eine neue politische Kultur verankert werden, um zu verhindern, dass das Land wieder in eine \u00e4hnliche Situation abrutscht:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die <strong>Gleichheit<\/strong> aller albanischen Staatsb\u00fcrger soll gew\u00e4hrleistet werden. Im Fokus stehen <strong>\u00c4nderungen im Wahlsystem<\/strong>, Anpassungen bei der <strong>Finanzierung politischer Parteien<\/strong> und eine Begrenzung der <strong>Amtszeit des Ministerpr\u00e4sidenten<\/strong> auf h\u00f6chstens acht Jahre.<br>   <br>Das Volk soll in einem <strong>Referendum<\/strong> den \u00c4nderungen zustimmen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Ziel dieser Massnahmen ist vor allem, das aktuelle Zweiparteiensystem aufzubrechen und die Konzentrierung der Macht auf wenige Personen zu verhindern. Das aktuelle Wahlsystem verunm\u00f6glicht es kleineren Parteien praktisch, im Parlament repr\u00e4sentiert zu sein. Zudem soll mehr Transparenz geschaffen werden \u00fcber die Beziehungen zwischen Politik und Wirtschaft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">EU-kompatible Umweltgesetze<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Thema, das die Proteste ausgel\u00f6st hat, wird in der Forderung&nbsp;4 ber\u00fccksichtigt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die gesetzlichen Regelungen von Anfang 2025, die die <strong>\u00dcberbauungen in Naturschutzgebieten<\/strong> erlauben im Falle von strategischen Investitionen, soll aufgehoben werden. <br>Gleiches gilt f\u00fcr gesetzliche Regelungen zur Aufweichung des <strong>Kulturg\u00fcterschutzes<\/strong> und das sogenannte \u00bbMountain Package\u00ab.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Die sogenannten umstrittenen \u00bbStrategische Investitionen\u00ab sollen also keine Sonderbehandlung mehr erhalten. Das gesetzliche Konstrukt hat so oder so keine Zukunft: Es ist anerkannter Weise nicht kompatibel mit EU-Recht und muss im Rahmen der laufenden Beitrittsverhandlungen angepasst werden. F\u00fcr das Kushner-Trump-Hotelprojekt w\u00fcrde es damit schlecht aussehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Verh\u00e4ltnis zwischen Staat und B\u00fcrgern<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Zuletzt soll auch das Verh\u00e4ltnis zwischen Staat und Gesellschaft auf eine neue Basis gesetzt werden. Die f\u00fcnft Forderung lautet:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nach R\u00fccksprache mit Intellektuellen, technischen Experten und parteiunabh\u00e4ngigen Demonstranten soll ein <strong>Gesellschaftsvertrag zwischen B\u00fcrgern und Staat<\/strong> ausgearbeitet werden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Dieser Punkt ist wohl auch als Reaktion zu verstehen auf die fortdauernde Arroganz, die die Demonstranten Edi Rama vorwerfen. Anstatt sich sachlich mit den Protesten auseinanderzusetzen, reagiere er mit pers\u00f6nlichen Angriffen und herablassenden, diskreditierenden \u00c4usserungen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">F\u00fcr ein \u00bbNeues Albanien\u00ab<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Zusammengefasst geht es schon lange nicht mehr um die Pl\u00fcnderung des Reichtums des Landes durch wenige ausl\u00e4ndische Investoren und inl\u00e4ndische Oligarchen. Der Slogan \u00bbAlbania is not for sale\u00ab ist zwar noch immer zu sehen.
